Hello foodie friends!
Thank you for visiting my website! I’m a Bay Area native and classically French trained chef with 15 years of industry experience working and staging in some of the best restaurants and catering companies in the Bay Area such as Chiaroscuro, Michael Mina and The French Laundry. I’m a graduate of California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, I have a AOS in Culinary Arts, a BA in Culinary Management and a MA in Food Studies with a concentration in Nutrition and Food Policy from University of the Pacific. I’m a self-proclaimed food nerd! I have extensive experience in fine dining, private dining and accommodating special diets. I have a deeply rooted passion for food all the way from the dirt to the dinner table. I grew up cooking with my mother, grandmother, great grandmother and everyone in between, pulling ingredients from the family gardens, learning traditional Madeira island cuisine and winemaking from my dad’s side of the family and more down home Southern style cuisine from my mom’s side. I describe my style as California Cuisine using fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a Southern flare and an island vibe. From bridal showers to weddings, dinner with loved ones to holiday and birthday celebrations, desserts, cakes, office catering, meal prep and special diets, I am here to accommodate ALL of your food needs!
